Bitcoin and Crypto accepted for rent
You have the option to pay your rent with gold, bitcoin, or one of ~150 other cryptocurrencies. This is a trial run and a work around with a manual entry into your account ledger, thank you for your patience.
To utilize this, call or email us and we'll respond with directions. No refunds will be issued except through the security deposit disposition process at time of move out which is the same process as normal payments. A service fee between 1-4% may be added to cover exchange and network fees charged by the provider. For example, USDC is usually 1% while BTC tends to be 3%. Other lesser known or less popular coins and tokens may be as high as 4%. Fees may also vary daily amid network congestion. These fees are not charged by Ledgeview.
