Sara Lachance is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, born and raised in West Manchester and with much of her family living within blocks of where they were raised.
Sara still lives in West Manchester in a Ledgeview Commercial property and works as one of the Leasing Operations Agents at Ledgeview Commercial. She knows many of the tenants she serves, both from being a tenant herself and from her many community ties to the area. Her partner, Mike, also works at Ledgeview on the maintenance team.
Sara's strong ties to the community come from her involvement with community efforts like supporting We Heart West, her two kids' afterschool activities, donating blood at the Gail Singer Memorial Blood Drive, and her work at the Manchester non-profit NH Taskforce on Women and Recovery.

Emily left Corporate America a few years ago and landed at Ledgeview, where she can flex her skills and keep everyone organized.
When not putting out fires and solving problems, you can find Emily attending her 3 children's school and sporting events, cooking comfort foods, baking, knitting, and crocheting.
